いつも「ジュエリー舞」をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、「新規のお客様」からのご依頼は、当面の間中断させていただくこととなりました。
今後のご注文につきましては、これまでにご縁をいただいたお客様、ならびにそのご紹介のお客様に限り、可能な範囲で承ってまいります。
ただし、内容によってはお受けできない場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
突然のお知らせとなり、ご迷惑やご心配をおかけいたしましたら、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
長年の制作活動により首や腕を酷使し、細かな作業を長時間続けることが難しくなってまいりました。
そのため今後は、限られた職人としての時間を、これまでお世話になったお客様のために充てたいと考え、このような判断に至りました。
「新規のお客様」からのご注文は、2025年8月末をもちまして締め切らせていただきました。
現在お受けしているお仕事は、責任をもって最後まで仕上げてまいりますのでご安心ください。
既存のお客様からのご依頼は引き続き承ります。
これまでにお作りしたジュエリーの修理やメンテナンスにつきましても、できる限り対応してまいります。

西麻布の店舗は、2025年12月31日をもちまして閉店いたします。
以降は練馬の工房にてご対応いたします。（駐車場あり／予約制・日曜・祝日は基本対応不可）
※工房の所在地は非公開のため、ご依頼をいただいたお客様にのみご案内いたします。
また、Zoomでのご相談や、郵送でのご依頼・やりとりもこれまで通り承ります。
※西麻布店舗の電話番号は、2026年1月以降ご利用いただけなくなりますのでご注意ください。
職人となって35年、西麻布で「ジュエリー舞」を始めて33年。
多くのお客様に支えていただきながら歩んできた日々は、本当にあっという間で、かけがえのない幸せな時間でした。
これまでいただいた温かいご縁に、心より感謝申し上げます。
これからは限られたお客様と共に、少しずつ歩んでまいります。
今後とも変わらぬご厚情を賜れましたら幸いです。

ー Regarding the Suspension of Orders from “New Customers” and the Closure of Our Nishi-Azabu Store ー
We sincerely thank you for your continued support of "Jewelry Mai."
We regret to inform you that we will be suspending orders from “new customers” for the foreseeable future.
From now on, we will continue to accept orders only from our existing customers and those introduced by them, within the scope of what we can manage.
Please understand that depending on the content of the request, we may not always be able to accept it.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or concern this sudden announcement may cause.
Due to many years of jewelry making, my neck and arms have been overworked, making it increasingly difficult to continue detailed work for long hours.
Therefore, I have decided to dedicate my limited time as a craftsman to serving the customers who have supported me over the years, and have come to this decision.
Orders from “new customers” were closed as of the end of August 2025.
Please rest assured that all ongoing work will be completed responsibly.
We will continue to accept requests from existing customers,
and will do our best to provide repair and maintenance services for jewelry we have made in the past.

Our Nishi-Azabu store will close on December 31, 2025.
After that, we will serve customers from our Nerima workshop. (Parking available / by appointment only / generally closed on Sundays & public holidays)
*The workshop’s location is private and will only be shared with customers.
In addition, we will continue to offer consultations via Zoom and accept requests and communication by mail as before.
*Please note that the Nishi-Azabu store phone number will no longer be available after January 2026.
It has been 35 years since I became a craftsman, and 33 years since I started “Jewelry Mai” in Nishi-Azabu.
The days spent with the support of so many customers have passed in the blink of an eye, and they have been truly irreplaceable and happy times.
I am deeply grateful for all the warm connections I have received.
From now on, I will continue my work with a smaller circle of customers, step by step.
I would be truly grateful for your continued kindness and support.
